About the Role

As a Cablebolt Operator you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and, stability of underground development by delivering high-quality ground support. Working closely with your Supervisor and crew, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient installation of cable bolts in active mining areas, ensuring, compliance with site standards and procedures.

• Safely install cable bolts to support development headings in line with mine plans and statutory requirements
• Take ownership of the full cable bolting process, ensuring materials and consumables are prepared ahead of each shift
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, inspection, and reporting of defects
• Complete all required operational and safety documentation accurately
• Contribute to a safe, productive, and team-focused work environment

About You

• Previous experience as an Underground Cable Bolt Operator
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to site procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a high-performing underground team
• Current licences, tickets, and medical clearance relevant to the role
• Reliable, proactive, and motivated with a strong work ethic
